The development process began with a full 3D scan of the chassis and body, establishing a precise baseline for Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis. Zebulon MSC conducted extensive aerodynamic iterations, resulting in a design that achieves a significant reduction in overall drag while concurrently increasing aerodynamic downforce.

Following CFD validation, we utilized full-scale foam modeling to verify critical clearances and ensure seamless integration.
