Our large "emergency repair kit" provides everything needed to restore damage on your carbon parts—whether from splitter-to-track contact, you damaged a section of your splitter in an off-track excursion, etc.

It combines a long roll of carbon fiber with a quart of carbon-ready epoxy, peel ply, and the disposable supplies needed to mix and apply the repair. It is a practical shop or trailer kit for larger damaged areas where a small patch kit will not provide enough coverage.

• Pot life: 9–12 minutes
• Working time in a thin film: 60–70 minutes
• Solidifies: 2–3 hours
• Full solid state: 6–8 hours

Best for: larger carbon fiber patch repairs on motorsport aero and composite components. Actual coverage depends on the shape, thickness, and number of fabric layers used.
