Just as Pike pushed into the unknown to map the Mississippi and the Southern Rockies, the Zebulon MSC team pushes the boundaries of Aerodynamics and carbon fiber manufacturing to extract the most out of your custom Aero setup. We don't just build parts; we engineer the tools that allow you to conquer your own "Pikes Peak"; whether that's a podium finish, a track record, or the absolute limit of your chassis' potential.  Every "Full Monty" is designed upon our extensive knowledgebase acquired through years of CFD, Wind Tunnel, and Professional Race Engineering experience. 

Ordering & Deposits

Because we believe in a curated, bespoke design for every unique build, every "Full Monty" package is engineered to order. Pricing is determined based on the vehicle platform, specific aerodynamic goals, and selected configuration options.

To begin the engineering process, we require a $5,000 deposit. Once your deposit is received, a member of our engineering team will reach out to discuss your chassis, your racing goals, and your specific track requirements.

"The Full Monty" is our comprehensive, bespoke aerodynamic solution designed to transform any chassis into a high-downforce machine. Drawing on our deep expertise in CFD and championship-level competition, this package provides a complete, integrated aero suite tailored specifically to your vehicle's geometry.

The Full Monty Package Includes:

• Front Splitter: Optimized for Maximum L/D and flow management to meet your goals.

• 3D Endfences: Sculpted to manage splitter wingtip vortex and enhance L/D.
  
  

• Carbon Fiber Floor: Leverage Ground Effect to maximize Downforce. Multi-piece for serviceability.

• Rear Diffuser: Designed to manage underbody flow, maximizing aero grip.
  
  
• Ankle Cutter Side Skirts: High-efficiency side skirts designed to create a virtual seal for the underbody and manage airflow along the flanks of the vehicle.
  
  

• Rear Wing & Endplates: High-efficiency airfoils customized to your specific downforce requirements.

Engineering-Backed Mounting Solutions

When available for your application, your "Full Monty" kit will include our proprietary, chassis-specific mounting designs; engineered in-house to handle the extreme loads generated at track speeds. For everything else, a custom-fabricated solution will be required to ensure your installation meets the necessary structural standards for high-downforce applications - we will work with you on its design and implementation.

• Zebulon-Engineered Mounts: We have mounting solutions for several chassis. For those vehicles, we will provide mounting solutions that integrate with your vehicle, ensuring structural rigidity that won't deflect under high downforce loads.

• Custom Fabrication Support: For unsupported, unique or highly modified builds where our standard mounts may/do not apply, we can design and work with you for implementation guidance to ensure your installation is competition ready. If you are handling your own attachment or fabrication, you'll have the full backing of our engineering team to help ensure your mounting points meet the necessary safety and performance standards for your specific application.

Pricing and Procurement

• Total Investment: Packages for a supported chassis typically finish out in the $10-20k range with full custom spec packages ranging from $15k to $25k+

• Reservation: This listing secures your production slot with a $5,000 nonrefundable deposit.
